Instagram Messaging Integration

WMIS operates an official Instagram Business messaging integration to receive and respond to direct messages sent to our Instagram account, using Meta's Instagram Graph API / Messenger Platform. This integration accesses message content, sender profile information (such as Instagram username and profile picture), and message timestamps for messages sent to our account.

This data is used solely to respond to inquiries sent to our Instagram account and to reference that conversation history internally. Messages are stored in our internal customer conversation platform (Chatwoot) and are not sold, shared with unaffiliated third parties, or used for any purpose other than responding to the sender and maintaining our own service records.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
